Samantha Herszaft
Samantha Herszaft is our Assistant Practice and Reception Manager. Samantha helped set up and run a Nursery School for 18 years before joining EdgCARE. Her main priority at EdgCARE is to our patients and their needs and requirements. You will find her on site in the afternoons and early evenings, greeting every patient with a smile and warm welcome, and responding to all the calls that come in. She is empathetic to everyone and passionate about providing a friendly, sensitive and knowledgeable service that puts patients’ needs above all else. When Samantha is not at EdgCARE she enjoys spending time with all her children and grandchildren.
Caroline Dembovsky
Caroline Dembovsky is our Secretary who is our lead for NHS GP Liaison and Consultant Liaison. She has a degree in medieval history from London University and worked in design and journalism before devoting her energies to her family. She is passionate about delivering the kind of nurturing patient service that people should have the right to expect. When not spending time with the family, Caroline can be found up a ladder painting, or delving in to the world of Henry VIII.
Sasha Halberstadt
Sasha works as the cornerstone for our Administration, diligently operating behind the scenes to ensure our patients receive the care they need. From facilitating access to results and documents to ensuring seamless consultant referrals, Sasha's attention to detail and dedication ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, Sasha is our Membership lead. With a BA degree in psychology and a background in education as a teacher, Sasha brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. However, Sasha's most important role is being a devoted mother to her four young children.
Natalie Cowan
Meet Natalie, an integral member of our reception team. With a bright and welcoming presence, Natalie ensures that every patient receives a warm greeting and attentive care as soon as they step through our doors. Bringing her passion for customer service to the forefront, Natalie's dedication to serving our patients shines through in every interaction.
Debra Saidman
Meet Debra, the welcoming face of our reception team at EdgCARE. With a genuine warmth and a kind demeanour, Debra ensures that every patient who walks through our doors is greeted with a friendly smile. Trust Debra to make your visit to EdgCARE a positive experience from the moment you arrive.
Menucha Teper
Meet Menucha, our invaluable holiday cover receptionist. A beacon of reliability and efficiency, Menucha steps in to save the day when our regular receptionists take their well-deserved breaks. Her dedication to ensuring every patient receives the best possible care reflects our commitment to excellence in service. Outside of her role at EdgCARE, Menucha's passion lies in the world of Mechanical Engineering, where she's a full-time student at Imperial College London.
Rachel Teper
Introducing Rachel, the go-to person for patients in need on a Sunday evening. With her composed demeanour and genuine warmth, Rachel is dedicated to ensuring the best outcomes for everyone she assists. When she's not at EdgCARE, Rachel is a Computing student at Queen Mary University of London.
Izzy Passe
Izzy is a valued member of the reception team covering the evening shifts. She enjoys meeting and greeting the patients and supporting the medical team. She is a full-time student at UCL studying biomedical sciences.
